“ The food was fantastic and the service was great. We celebrated a birthday and are planning to come back with a larger group another time. I would recommend the experience. ”
“ I had a birthday dinner for my wife and 10 of my family, friends and neighbors at Oishi Steakhouse at the habachi grill. We stopped by the bar of the way in and had a drink and some good conversation to start the evening. The Bartender did a good job of getting everyone their special drinks and wine. The bar area is a smaller space, so 12 of us was about the limit that the area could handle. Then, we went to the habachi grill. My family has came here several times previously and we alway enjoyed it. The Chef at our table did an excellent job of interacting with us to make it a fun night for everyone. The menu has a lot of options and everyone was able to order their favorite meal. The food was excellent and the warm sake was too. Everyone had a good time and I definately will be back again. You should go too. ”
“ We are very picky about our sushi and Oishi is our favorite in the area and the go-to place for fresh, quality sushi. So good! The ambience is simple and small, but lots of energy from the hibachi grill side of the restaurant! The wait staff is always friendly and quick with orders and service. ”
“ Wow!! This is one of my favorite sushi spots. It's located in a shopping plaza, not far from the movie theater. It's a private parking lot with plenty of spots. The staff was polite and our server, Jenny, was friendly and very attentive! She took great care of us. The restaurant is divided between the hibachi grill side and sushi side where about 6-8 people sit around the grill. The sushi side is more intimate and quieter. You do occasionally here the cheers from the grill side. I'm surprised they don't have music playing in the background. We started our meal with hot green tea (unlimited refills), garlic edamame, Miso soup and some of the best crab Rangoon. The food was served hot and it was flavorful. We ordered 2 sushi rolls. They were large rolls and 1 roll per person worked for us. We saved room for dessert, the chocolate lava cake with green tea ice cream. Everything was perfect! I'm already planning my next visit! ”
“ Don't let the small entrance stop you from coming in. This place is located in a strip mall and when you walk inside is amazing! If you go to your right you experience the Hibachi side. The chef cooks at your table and it's a great experience. If you sot to your left you order from a regular menu. Plenty of sushi rolls to choose from and plenty of other options as well. There is no music playing but you can hear all the hibachi chefs and people clapping and talking to the chefs. They have a regular bar and also a bar where they make the sushi. Plenty of tables in both sides. The waitress unfortunately had no idea how to answer some of the questions about the menu so we chose something else. The service was not that good but the food was great. The seaweed on the sushi was really gooey and very hard to chew but still good. Overall, good food but service could be better. ”
“ We went here for a date night. It was a Saturday night and they said they had a 30 minute wait. We sat at the bar and had a drink which was pretty good. They sat us about 10 minutes later. Once we got to our table we did sit for Another good amount of time. It seemed like they had very few shelves and many full tables. I do feel like our service was rushed a little bit because they were packed. Our food was good either way. ”
